In 2003 the Fulda Pain Center started using nasal
fentanylcitrate as medication of breakthrough-pain.
It is important to use sprayer pump with constant
dose so that the patient at every time receive the
same dose of fentanyl.
We use pump which release 0,05ml per actuation.
